Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using this site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this site.

Order Processing

• Production time varies and is posted on each product page and your invoice. This is not a guarantee.
• We cannot predict equipment downtime or human errors that may require reprints.
• Once your order is in Processing status, changes are no longer possible.
• If we provide design services, review all designs carefully before approval. You are responsible for verifying proofs; we are not liable for mistakes after approval.

Shipping / Delays / Pick-Up

• Please have your orders shipped to an address where someone is available to receive the merchandise. Carriers may leave packages at your door; we and the carrier are not liable for theft.
• Turnaround time does not include shipping transit. You will receive tracking info by email when shipped.
• If you order multiple products, they may ship together or from different facilities. Local pick-up is sometimes possible—call us to arrange.
• Check your shipping address carefully. Carriers charge $11 for address changes and $15 per box for returns.
• Track your shipments and notify us immediately of any delivery issues. Return shipment costs are your responsibility.
• Once merchandise leaves the facility, we are not responsible for delays, address errors, return charges, or loss/damage with the carrier.

Claims

• All claims must be made within 48 hours after receipt.
• Printed orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless we are responsible for an issue. In that case, you will receive store credit.

IMPORTANT: Print File Setup Guidelines

• Design in CMYK at 300 dpi (150 dpi for large format). Add 0.125" bleed on all sides.
• Keep text at least 1/4" from edges.
• Flatten your files before submitting. We are not responsible for missing texts, objects, or transparency issues if files are not flattened.
• Only submit CMYK files—no spot colors.

Ink Coverage

Total CMYK values should not exceed 300. For rich black, use C-30 M-30 Y-30 K-100.

Colour Matching

Your monitor displays RGB; presses use CMYK. Exact color matching is not possible. Minor variations may occur.

Embedding Images & Fonts

Embed all images and fonts, or convert text to outlines. Missing fonts/images are not our responsibility.

Borders

Borders near the edge may appear uneven due to cutting tolerances.

Spot UV or Foil Designs

Supply an additional file for Spot UV/foil elements, 100% black, perfectly aligned. Minor movement (up to 1/16") may occur during finishing.

Overprints

Turn overprints OFF before uploading. We are not responsible for overprint or transparency issues.

Liability

We are not liable for any financial losses, costs, damages, or legal claims. Content and graphics on this site may not be reproduced without written authorization.

Privacy

• We will never sell your information to third parties.
• We do not store financial information on our servers.
• External sites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter) have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content.

Order Acceptance / Accuracy / Updates

• We reserve the right to refuse any order.
• Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not mean the order is accepted.
• We may change the site or prices at any time without notice.
• We may refuse access to anyone at any time.
